We are Viva The Brain, a nonprofit based in Phoenix, Arizona, committed to helping children who face neurological challenges.

• Facilitating guidance regarding the acquisition of our services, without clinical diagnoses being issued by the organization for such purposes.
• Formalizing a relationship between the Data Subject and Viva The Brain for the provision of our services, which may require communication via telephone, email, and/or instant messaging.
• Coordinating care with other healthcare providers, with prior consent.
